Founder & Master Builder
Tim grew up immersed in construction products and building techniques as his father was one of the senior executives who founded Home Depot. Tim also began his career there, including 15 years as a Store Manager. He didn't just sell products — he understood how every material performed, which methods produced the best results, and how to solve the toughest building challenges.
For the past 25 years, Tim has brought that knowledge directly to homeowners as a custom home builder and remodeler. His experience spans homes across Georgia, Louisiana, and Florida — plus large capital projects at some of Atlanta's premier luxury apartment complexes. The result is a building experience where every decision is informed by deep expertise.

Tim Ryan enters the construction industry working with his father, one of Home Depot's senior executives at its founding, who instills a deep understanding of building products and techniques from the start.

Home Depot Leadership
Tim rises to Store Manager — a role he holds for 15 years with the company, developing encyclopedic product and methods knowledge.
2001
The Paddocks Group Founded
While still at Home Depot, Tim brings his expertise directly to homeowners, launching The Paddocks Group and quickly building a reputation for quality and craftsmanship across North Georgia.
